Tim Conway

Tim Conway-Leader of Federal Solutions business can provide insight into trends in federal contracting

Tim Conway leads all of ACS’ business with the federal government outside of the area of healthcare.  He is responsible for contracts and subcontracts with agencies including the Department of Education, Department of Labor, Department of Homeland Security, Department of State and the Department of the Treasury.  Before joining ACS in 2007, Conway held a number of senior management positions at IBM and was responsible for Defense Sales and Business Development, the Navy and Marine Corps business unit, and the Department of Defense Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and e-Business practice. 
 
Previously, Conway served in positions with Lockheed Martin Federal Systems and the New Jersey Public Service Electric and Gas Company.

Conway received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and has completed a series of post-graduate courses including the IBM / Wharton School of Business Mega Deal Making Executive Management Course.

FEDERAL CONTRACTING AND PROCUREMENT
Conway can provide expert insight into business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions that can reduce government costs with fixed-price performance-based contracts, specifically solutions including mailroom and administrative services, customer care, finance and accounting services and intelligent transaction processing.   He can also identify emerging trends in federal contracting and the external issues that can affect government procurement.
